How do I return an item?

MERCHANDISE RETURNS
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Random Heli up to 7 days (for US addresses) or 15 days (for addresses outside the US) from the date you receive your package. The merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. No refund, credit, or discounts are offered for the cost of return shipping. You must email us to obtain an RMA number BEFORE you return any merchandise. Packages without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Random Heli in any way. If your order was shipped free and the value of your order after the return is below the original order’s qualifying free shipping order value, the actual shipping fees will be deducted from your refund/credit.

DAMAGED RETURNS
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please email us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away and take photos if possible.
