The plane is already secured to the Gear Track 'Tee' then can slide into an SUV, mini-van or pick up truck

The plywood platform slides out of the trailer with the jet in place. Handles make it easy to move it from the trailer to the work stand.

Greg Alderman
In order to fit between the ventral fins of the Viper Jet, a Headless Stanchion Assembly and a DIY Fuselage Support Bracket were used. Instead of bending the DIY bracket, it was left flat to provide lots of support along the tail.

Two [a href="/GJ-SS-40-p/gj-ss-40.htm"]

Moving the jet from the trailer to the flight line is a one person job now. [a href="/GJ-SS-40-p/gj-ss-40.htm"]

Typical RC Jet set up: DIY Fuselage Support Brackets at nose and tail. Fuselage support Assemblies at the wing root.
Mike Assaf
Mike wanted to be able to leave the wings on so the Fuselage Support "L" brackets were rotated to support the leading edge of the wing root. Worked great. The [a href="/GJ-JP-XT-p/gj-jp-xt.htm"]

Steve Morlock
Dummy wing tubes were covered with 'pool noodle' padding and they rest in the Wing Tube Support Brackets. Then, instead of using the supplied rubber straps, Steve used a small bungee to hold the wing tube in the bracket and secure the forward section of the airplane. The pool noodles also keep the sides of the fuse from touching the Wing Tube Support brackets.
