What will Random Heli do?
Random Heli will replace, free of charge (including free USPS shipping) the defective part(s) of the product.

If you purchased your Random Heli product from the randomheli.com website, email us using this link. If you purchased your Random Heli product from a Random Heli Dealer, contact the Dealer's customer service department.
